Members may register as a user from the registration link on the left. Enter your first name, last name and email address, but first choose a user name and password for future logins.
When you submit this information you will be sent an email with a registration key which is to be used for the first login; thereafter you will be able to login using just your user name and password ( which Windows will remember for you, if you wish.)
Currently, there may be a 24 hour delay before you are authenticated as a member, but it is hoped to automate this in the near future.
